About me

I am an assistant professor of operations management at the School of Management and Economics at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen. I received my Ph.D. in Operations, Technology & Information Management from Johnson Graduate School of Management, Cornell University.

I study supply chain management and human–AI interaction, using experiments to draw managerial insight from how people actually behave.
